Service Delivery

After we have successfully received your payment, the dietitian will contact you through WhatsApp to schedule for the initial consultation, once the initial consultation is done, you will receive your diet plan within 5 working days (excluding weekends). This is for the diet plans that include consultations with the dietitian.

Please ensure first you have checked your spam folder. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us via email. 

Support Policy

1. Support Channels
Only provides service support to verified customers via email. We do not provide support via social media. We do not offer phone support as well. We may request you to provide us your purchase details when needed.

2. Support Hours
Our general support hours are Sunday to Thursday, 11am to 6pm. please be aware of possible time differences. During this time, we generally reply to any support queries in order received within 24 hours depending on the issue complexity and our workload, whilst we are also committed to answer any queries outside of these hours within 36 hours.

 

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from my website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system for better experience. In regard to Email marketing (if applicable), With your permission, we may send you emails about our website’s updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, fill up your information, place an order, or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a  secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.


How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact/communicate you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at healthtalk.customerservices@outlook.com

SECTION 5 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information given in the website, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of 18 to 60 years old and you have given us your consent to use this website.

SECTION 9 – MEDICAL CONDITION 

Please be aware that "Health Talk" do not provide nutrition consultation for people that have a medical condition that should be treated by a dietitian in a clinic or a in hospital settings. It is very important that for you to be honest about your medical issues when completing the Nutrition Assessment Form. I the nutritionist do not take any responsibility if you did not provide the real information about your health related diseases. Please be aware that it is advisable that you do a laboratory blood test every 6 months and check with your doctor. "Health Talk" do not promote for any herbs and supplements, except FDA approved whey protein according to the customer requirements.

 

SECTION 10 - FOLLOW UP POLICY

Please note that when subscribing to a diet plan, follow up emails will be sent from the nutritionist to the customer to check his/her progress and enquiries. In case the customer did not reply to the email within 5 working days then we will  consider that the customer has no enquiries.

 

SECTION 11 - WEIGHT LOSS PROCESS

When choosing a diet plan, the rate of the desired weight loss (kg) for each individual depends on the following points:

- Actual Weight (kg)

Subscription Period 

- Active/Nonactive Lifestyle

Please note that the healthy rate of weight loss is 0.5-1 (kg) per week.

 

SECTION 12 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSENT

Please be aware that when completing a payment for any diet plan, it will be considered that you have agreed to Health Talk's Terms and Conditions.
